Grilled Lemon Pepper Halibut with Béarnaise Sauce





Serves 4
Ingredients:
| 4 oz halibut fillets |
| Extra-virgin olive oil |
| Lemon pepper seasoning |
| Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
| 1 packet dry Béarnaise sauce mix, prepared according to packet directions, for topping |
| Lemon wedges, for garnish |
Directions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat; brush grate with oil or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Brush halibut fillets with extra-virgin olive oil and sprinkle all over with lemon pepper seasoning.
- Grill skin-side up for about 5 minutes then carefully turn fillet so the skin side is down. Grill another 5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillet, or until cooked through.
- Prepare Béarnaise sauce according to package directions while fish is grilling.
- Remove fish from grill and cover for 5 minutes before serving. Season to taste with salt and pepper and top with a generous ladle of Béarnaise sauce over cooked halibut and garnish with lemon wedges.
