Autumn Pizza Salad - Salad Girl Organic Dressings





Ingredients:
| 1 medium pizza crust cooked & cooled (your favorite flat bread or True Dough pizza crust) |
| 2 seeded and sliced Bosc Pears |
| 1 1/2 cups sliced unsulfered dried figs, stems removed |
| 10 slices (cut in small strips) of uncured Genoa Salami |
| 1 Tbsp butter |
| 1 Tbsp olive oil |
| 1 cup crumbled chevre (goat cheese) |
| 1/2 cup toasted pepitas |
| 3 oz mixed organic baby greens |
| 1 bottle Salad Girl Curry & Fig Organic Vinaigrette |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Heat on stove top, heat wide saute pan to med, add butter and oil to melt and bubble in pan, add the onion slices and stir to coat the onions with the oil/butter mixture. Sature onions on med low until cooked through and beginning to brown, add salami slices, figs, and pears abd sur ub 2 tablespoons of Salad Girl's Curry & Fig, saute on both sides, cover with onions, and fig mixture. remove from heat.
- Pour pizza toppings evenly on pizza crust, sprinkle with goat cheese and bake for 5 minutes in oven - remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes, top with a nest of the greens, sprinkle with pepitas and drizzle with Salad Girl's Curry & Fig to taste, cut into pieces and enjoy.
