Cheesy Potatoes with Corn Flake Crust

|2 pound Bag of frozen hashbrowns, thawed|
|1/2 cup butter, melted, (plus additional 1/4 cup butter, melted)|
|dash of pepper|
|10 oz Can Cream of Chicken Soup|
|12 oz Sour Cream|
|2 cups shredded cheddar cheese|
|2 cups corn flakes|
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×13 pan.
- Mix the thawed potatoes, ½ cup butter, salt, pepper, soup, sour cream, and cheese in a bowl.
- Pour into the pan and spread to the sides.
- Top with corn flakes.
- Drizzle the other ¼ cup melted butter on top and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake for 1 hour.
