Cheesy Potatoes with Corn Flake Crust

2 pound Bag of frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1/2 cup butter, melted, (plus additional 1/4 cup butter, melted)
dash of pepper
10 oz Can Cream of Chicken Soup
12 oz Sour Cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups corn flakes


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×13 pan.
  2. Mix the thawed potatoes, ½ cup butter, salt, pepper, soup, sour cream, and cheese in a bowl.
  3. Pour into the pan and spread to the sides.
  4. Top with corn flakes.
  5. Drizzle the other ¼ cup melted butter on top and sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
