Sausage and Cheese Wontons

Ingredients:

1 pound Jimmy Dean Sausage, cooked, crumbled
1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar, grated
1 1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
1 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, prepared
1 can (2.25 oz) ripe olives, sliced
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
1 package Wonton Wrappers

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Blot sausage dry with paper towels. Combine with cheeses, salad dressing, olives, and red pepper.
  2. Spray mini muffin tin with Pam. Press one wrapper into each cup. Spray wrappers with Pam -lightly. Bake 5 minutes until golden brown and place on baking sheet.
  3. Fill with sausage mixture and bake until bubbly, about 5 minutes. Serve warm.
