Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts





Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
| 1 1/2 Pounds Brussels Sprouts |
| 3 Tbsp Olive Oil |
| Salt |
| Pepper |
| 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar |
| 2 Tbsp Honey |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Cut the bottom of the sprouts off and slice in half.
- Toss together the sprouts, 2 Tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour onto a baking sheet and spread out.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
- Place the sprouts back in to the bowl. Add the remaining olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Toss to combine.
