Rib Eye Steak with Balsamic Gorgonzola Butter

Serves 4


Ingredients:

4 rib eye steaks
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt
Fresh cracked pepper
Festival's Balsamic Gorgonzola Butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to high heat. Rub steak all over with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill on each side for 5 minutes for medium rare.
  3. Remove from grill to platter, place 1 tablespoon Balsamic Gorgonzola Butter on the top of each steak and cover with foil. Allow to rest 5 minutes and serve.
