Ingredients:
| 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts |
| 1/4 Cup Lime Juice |
| Zest of 1 Lime |
| 2 Tbsp Olive Oil |
| 2 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped |
| 2 Garlic Cloves, minced |
| 1 Tsp Salt |
| 1 1/2 Tsp Brown Sugar |
| 1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes |
| 1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin |
Directions:
- Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl. Place the chicken in a Ziplock bag. Pour the marinade over the top and seal, without letting air out. Toss to coat.
- Place in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes but preferably overnight.
- Heat olive oil on a grill pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and grill on each side for about 5 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with rice, salad, or grilled veggies.
