Zucchini Noodles with Pesto Chicken

Ingredients:
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Pesto 2 Medium Zucchini *, spiraled or store-bought Zoodles Parmesan Salt & Pepper
Directions: Place chicken in a Ziploc bag with 1 Tbsp Pesto, salt and pepper. Shake to coat. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, longer if possible. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 40-50 minutes. You can also grill or sauté the chicken if you prefer. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the spiraled zucchini with some salt and pepper. Toss to combine and heat through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and divide into bowl. Top with more pesto and Parmesan cheese. Slice the chicken and add to the noodles. *we have the zucchini noodles already prepared and for sale in our produce department as well
