Chocolate Caramel Baked S’mores

Ingredients:

Stroopwafels, Wafer Crackers, or any cookie of your choosing
  • Marshmallows
  • Chocolate Caramel Squares

Directions:

  1. Move an oven rack to the top rack and turn the oven to broil.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the cookies or wafers on the baking sheet.
  4. Top each with a piece of chocolate.
  5. Slice the marshmallows in half (if using large marshmallows) and place 2 on each chocolate square.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the oven, on the top rack, for about 3-5 minutes or until the marshmallows turn golden brown and the chocolate begins to melt.
  7. Remove from the oven and place another cookie or wafer on top. Serve immediately.
