Ingredients:
| 32 oz Velveeta Cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes |
| 1 Cup Irish Stout Beer |
| 1/2 Cup Mild Salsa |
| 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1 Tsp Chili Powder |
| 3/4 Tsp Onion Powder |
| 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Powder |
| Items for Dipping: tortilla chips, pretzel bites, baguette slices, apple slices, etc. |
Directions:
- Add half of the sliced cheese to a large pot and heat over LOW heat. Stir occasionally. Once mostly melted, add the other half of the sliced cheese and continue to melt over LOW heat. Stir occasionally.
- Slowly pour in the beer and whisk to combine.
- Add the salsa, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir to combine.
- Continue to heat until smooth and warmed through. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
- Turn off the heat and serve immediately with tortilla chips, soft pretzels, baguette slices, or sliced apples for dipping.
