Ingredients:
| 1 Cauliflower Head, trimmed and cut into 1-inch planks |
| Olive Oil |
| Salt & Pepper, to taste |
| 1-2 Cups Marinara Sauce |
| 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, plus more to taste |
| 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, plus more to taste |
| 1/4 Cup Basil Leaves, chopped |
| Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, optional |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the cauliflower into 4 planks and place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and golden.
- Remove from the oven and top with marinara sauce. Add 1-2 cups, depending on how much marinara sauce you want, to taste.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the cheese has melted and started to brown.
- Top with additional cheese (optional) and chopped basil leaves. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, optional. Enjoy!
