Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
2-3 Dashes of Frank's Hot Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
1 Tsp Fresh Parsley, minced
8 oz Can Crescent Roll Dough
12 oz Andouille or Chicken Sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Water
Directions:
Combine the mayonnaise, Dijon, Worcestershire, hot sauce, ketchup, Cajun seasoning, and parsley in a small bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface. Separate each triangle, then cut each triangle into 3 smaller triangles.
Slice the sausage into 1-inch pieces.
Place a piece of sausage on the wide end of the crescent dough and roll until the dough is wrapped around the outside of the sausage. Place on the baking sheet and repeat until all sausage pieces have been wrapped. You should have 24 pieces total.
Whisk the egg and water in a bowl. Brush over the top of each piece of wrapped sausage.
Bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
Transfer to a serving plate and serve warm with the dipping sauce on the side.
