Cheesy Pull Apart Bread Bowl

Ingredients:
1 Round Sourdough Bread Loaf, unsliced
1 Stick Butter, melted
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Tbsp Fresh Oregano
1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme
1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
1 1/2-2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Use a bread knife to slice the sourdough loaf from side to side in both directions, leaving about 1-inch of space between each slice, and making sure to not cut through the bottom off the bread. Place the bread on the baking sheet.
- Stuff the shredded cheese between each cut piece of bread. You want to fill as many of the cuts as possible.
- Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl. Add the garlic, oregano, thyme, and parsley. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the bread.
- Cover the bread with aluminum foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is warmed through.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese all over the top.
- To eat, simply pull the bread apart and enjoy!
