Cheesy Breadstick Bones

Serves 10


Ingredients:

1 Can Refrigerated Pizza Dough
4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
Garlic Powder
2/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Pizza or Marinara Sauce, for dipping

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Divide the dough into 10 equal sized pieces – open the dough but don’t roll out. Make notches on the top with a knife and then cut the pieces.
  3. Roll each piece into an 8-inch strip.
  4. Using a scissor, snip about 1 inch of each end and mold the ends to look like bones. Place on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush each breadstick with the melted butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes then remove from oven.
  7. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and return to oven for about 5 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
  8. Serve with pizza or marinara sauce.
