Ingredients:
| Vodka |
| Marshmallows |
| Simply Lemonade |
| Club Soda |
| 1 Lemon Slice, halved |
| Rimming Sugar |
| Simple Syrup |
| Yellow Peeps |
Directions:
- Chop the marshmallows into small pieces. Add the marshmallow pieces to a mason jar, filling completely.
- Pour vodka over the marshmallows until the mason jar is full. Securely close the lid. Place on the counter to infuse for at least 12 but up to 24 hours.
- Once ready to prepare the cocktails, pour the contents of the mason jar through a strainer to remove the marshmallows any residue.
- Dip the rim of 2 lowball glasses into the simple syrup and then into the rimming sugar.
- Fill the glasses with ice.
- Pour 2-3 oz of the marshmallow infused vodka into each glass. Top with lemonade until almost full. Fill the rest of the way with club soda.
- Garnish each glass with half a lemon slice and Peep. Enjoy!
