Ingredients:
| 2 oz Coconut Rum |
| 2 oz White Rum |
| 5 oz Frozen Strawberries |
| 4 oz Pineapple Juice |
| 4 oz Cream of Coconut |
| 1 Cup Crushed Ice |
| Pineapple Wedge, for garnish |
| Maraschino Cherry, for garnish |
Directions:
- In a blender, combine the coconut rum, white rum and strawberries. Puree and then pour into a hurricane glass.
- Rinse out the blender.
- Add the pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and ice. Blend until liquified.
- Slowly pour the mixture over the strawberry puree. The mixtures will start to swirl together. If they do not swirl, use a straw to lightly stir and mix the colors together to form swirls.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.
