Lava Flow Cocktail

Serves 1


Ingredients:

2 oz Coconut Rum
2 oz White Rum
5 oz Frozen Strawberries
4 oz Pineapple Juice
4 oz Cream of Coconut
1 Cup Crushed Ice
Pineapple Wedge, for garnish
Maraschino Cherry, for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine the coconut rum, white rum and strawberries. Puree and then pour into a hurricane glass.
  2. Rinse out the blender.
  3. Add the pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and ice. Blend until liquified.
  4. Slowly pour the mixture over the strawberry puree. The mixtures will start to swirl together. If they do not swirl, use a straw to lightly stir and mix the colors together to form swirls.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.
