Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Chicken
1 oz Package Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix
12 Strips Bacon, cooked
8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 Hamburger Buns
Ranch Dressing, for topping
Directions:
- Cook the bacon according to package instructions. Remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain the grease. Chop 4 strips of bacon and set the other 8 strips aside.
- Add the ground chicken, chopped bacon, 1 cup shredded cheese, and entire packet of ranch seasoning to a mixing bowl. Use your hands to mix until well combined. Form into 4 patties and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for about 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- While the burgers are cooking, preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
- Place the buns on a baking sheet, open-faced. Top each half with the remaining shredded cheese. Bake for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the buns are toasted.
- Assemble the burgers. Place 2 pieces of bacon on each bun. Top with a burger patty. Drizzle with ranch dressing. Add the top half of the bun. Enjoy!
