White Chocolate Caramel Blondies





Ingredients:
| 14 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted |
| 1 Cup Sugar |
| 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar |
| 3 Large Eggs |
| 1 3/4 Cups Flour |
| 1 Tbsp Cornstarch |
| 1 1/4 Cups White Chocolate Chips |
| 1/2 Cup Caramel Sauce |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine the melted butter, sugar, and brown sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until smooth.
- Add the eggs and beat until smooth.
- Add the flour and cornstarch and beat until smooth.
- Add the white chocolate chips and stir to combine.
- Pour into the baking pan and spread to the sides. Add dollops of caramel over the top and swirl to combine throughout the mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are set and there is a slight jiggle in the middle.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Once cool, lift up on the parchment paper to remove from the pan. Slice and serve.
