White Chocolate Caramel Blondies

Ingredients:
14 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted 1 Cup Sugar 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar 3 Large Eggs 1 3/4 Cups Flour 1 Tbsp Cornstarch 1 1/4 Cups White Chocolate Chips 1/2 Cup Caramel Sauce
Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. Combine the melted butter, sugar, and brown sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until smooth. Add the eggs and beat until smooth. Add the flour and cornstarch and beat until smooth. Add the white chocolate chips and stir to combine. Pour into the baking pan and spread to the sides. Add dollops of caramel over the top and swirl to combine throughout the mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are set and there is a slight jiggle in the middle. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Once cool, lift up on the parchment paper to remove from the pan. Slice and serve.
