8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 equal-sized pieces
8 split butter Ciabatta rolls, toasted, for serving
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine Italian sausage, ground beef, pepperoni, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, marinara sauce, and pesto sauce; mix well.
Divide into 8 equal portions; roll into balls. Place a piece of the fresh mozzarella in the middle of each ball of meat and fully enclose. Shape into patties.
Grill burgers until juices run clear, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to platter; cover with foil and let rest 5 minutes. Place each burger on toasted Ciabatta rolls and top with more marinara and pesto sauce. Serve warm.
