Snow Crab Dip

|8 oz cream cheese, softened|
|1/2 cup shredded Jarlsberg Cheese|
|2 scallions (green onions), white and some green parts, thinly sliced|
|1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice|
|1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce|
|1/2 teaspoon Old Bay or Creole Seasoning|
|2 teaspoons cocktail sauce|
|1 teaspoon Dijon mustard|
|Freshly ground pepper|
|12 oz. cooked snow crab meat, cartilage removed, or 12 oz. canned lump crab meat (not imitation)|
|2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, for topping|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 1-quart casserole; set aside.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the first 10 ingredients. Fold in crab meat. Spread evenly in prepared casserole and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until heated through and top is lightly browned. Serve with toasted sliced baguettes and crackers.
