Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon

|3 Tbsp Brown Sugar|
|2 Tbsp Butter|
|2 Tsp Honey|
|2 Tbsp Olive Oil|
|2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard|
|2 Tbsp Soy Sauce|
|1 Tsp Salt|
|1/2 Tsp Black Pepper|
|1 1/2 lbs Salmon filet|
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, butter, and honey until melted. Remove from heat; stir in the oil, mustard, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cool for 5 minutes.
- Heat oven to 350. Place salmon in a large foil-lined baking pan. Drizzle the mixture over the top until fully coated. Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes.
