Ingredients:
+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
1 1/2 lbs Fresh Salmon+ Add to Shopping List |
Juice from 1/2 a Lemon+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 Tsp Salt+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper+ Add to Shopping List |
4 Tbsp Mayonnaise+ Add to Shopping List |
8-10 Basil Leaves, finely chopped+ Add to Shopping List |
4 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon on the baking sheet. Drizzle with the juice from ½ a lemon and sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
- Combine the mayonnaise, ¾ of the chopped basil, and 3 Tbsp parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
- Spread the mixture completely over the salmon. Sprinkle the remaining Tbsp parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through and an internal temperature of 145 degrees F is reached.
- Slice into 4 equally sized pieces and serve warm. Garnish with the remaining chopped basil. Enjoy!
