Salted Caramel Ice Cream

Ingredients:

8 oz Dulce de Leche
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1 Cup Whole Milk
Pinch of Sea Salt

Directions:

  1. Add the dulce de leche, whole milk, and salt to a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to blend until combined.
  2. Add the heavy cream and stir with a spoon (do not blend).
  3. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
  4. Once chilled, add to the ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer directions.
  5. Transfer to a freezer safe dish and freeze for at least 4 hours or until the desired consistency is reached.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
