Frosted Animal Cookie Ice Cream

Ingredients:

+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
1 1/2 Cups Whole Milk+ Add to Shopping List
1 1/2 Cups Sugar+ Add to Shopping List
Pinch of Salt+ Add to Shopping List
1 1/2 Cups Half & Half+ Add to Shopping List
1 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract+ Add to Shopping List
2 Cups Whipping Cream+ Add to Shopping List
1 Bag Frosted Animal Cookies (about 3 cups), broken into pieces+ Add to Shopping List
Rainbow Nonpareil Sprinkles+ Add to Shopping List

Directions:

  1. Add the whole milk, sugar, salt, half & half, and vanilla to a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine. Add the whipping cream and stir to combine.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
  3. Pour into the ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer instructions.
  4. Transfer to a freezer safe dish. Mix in the animal cookies and about ¼ cup of sprinkles. Cover and freeze overnight.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
