Citrus Herbed Olives

Ingredients:

6 oz Jar Kalamata Olives, pitted
6 oz Can Green Olives, pitted
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Zest of 1 Orange
1 1/2 Tsp Thyme
1/4 Tsp Ground Coriander
1/4 Tsp Paprika

Directions:

  1. Drain the olives and place in a mixing bowl. Add the olive oil and stir to coat.
  2. Add the orange zest, thyme, coriander, and paprika. Stir to coat.
  3. Let sit at room temperature for 30-60 minutes before serving to let the olives marinade. Stir occasionally.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
