Herbed Chicken Parmesan Sliders





Ingredients:
+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
1 lb Ground Chicken+ Add to Shopping List |
2 Tbsp Basil, chopped, plus additional leaves for topping+ Add to Shopping List |
2 Tbsp Parsley, chopped+ Add to Shopping List |
2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 Tsp Salt+ Add to Shopping List |
2 Garlic Cloves, minced+ Add to Shopping List |
6 Slices Provolone Cheese+ Add to Shopping List |
6 Small Ciabatta Rolls, heated, and sliced+ Add to Shopping List |
Marinara Sauce, for topping+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the ground chicken, basil, parsley, parmesan, salt, and garlic to a mixing bowl. Mix to combine. Form into 6 patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Transfer to the baking sheet.
- Top each with a slice of provolone cheese. Place in the oven for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Assemble the sliders. Place a patty on the bottom half of each ciabatta roll. Top with marinara sauce and basil leaves. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Top with the other ciabatta half. Enjoy!
