Press the mixture into a 12-inch pizza pan that has been lined with wax paper. You can use a larger size pizza pan if needed, just create an approximately 12-inch circle. Place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to firm up.
Let the ice cream sit on the counter to soften up while the crust hardens. Once softened, spread in an even layer on the crust.
Drizzle the remaining melted hot fudge over the top of the ice cream (melt in the microwave again if needed).
Top with crushed Heath Bar bits and freeze until firm.
