Ingredients:
| 7 Cups Rice Chex Cereal |
| 12 oz Package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips |
| 1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar |
| 9.7oz Package Snickers Minis, quartered |
| 1 1/2 Cups Roasted Peanuts |
Directions:
- Add the cereal to a large mixing bowl.
- Add the chocolate to a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted. Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal and stir to coat.
- Add the powdered sugar and stir to coat.
- Add the chopped Snickers and peanuts and mix to combine.
- Pour onto a baking sheet or piece of wax paper on the counter to allow the chocolate to set for about 15 minutes.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container on the counter.
