Apple Butter & Prosciutto Naan Flatbread





Ingredients:
| 2 Naan Flatbreads |
| 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded |
| 3 oz Prosciutto |
| 1/2 Cup Apple Butter, plus more to taste |
| Granny Smith Apple, thinly sliced |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the flatbreads on the baking sheet.
- Top each flatbread with ¼ cup apple butter. Add more to taste.
- Top each flatbread with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, spread evenly over the top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the flatbread is heated through.
- Remove from the oven and top each flatbread with prosciutto and apple slices.
- Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
