Glazed Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts

Ingredients:
2 Cans Whole Water Chestnuts
12 oz Bacon, sliced in thirds
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Sweet Chili Sauce
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9x13 baking dish with aluminum foil.
Drain the water chestnuts. Slice the bacon in thirds.
Wrap one piece of bacon around each water chestnut. Fasten with a toothpick. Place in the baking dish and repeat until all water chestnuts have been wrapped.
Add the brown sugar, sweet chili sauce, and mayonnaise to a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine. Pour over the top of the water chestnuts.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the bacon is cooked through. Stir every 15-20 minutes to fully coat each water chestnut in the sauce.
