Directions:
Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels; sprinkle evenly with salmon rub. Lay down 4 half-strips of bacon over each salmon filet and sprinkle tops of bacon with salmon rub as well.
Spray inside of smoker bag with cooking spray. Using both hands, carefully, place prepared salmon fillets in smoker bag. Fold ends of bag over twice; then fold in both corners.
Cook according to instructions on smoker bag. Cut bag down the top to expose the salmon; broil the last 5 minutes of cooking time or until bacon is browned and crisp.
