Parmesan Bacon Crackers

21 Club Crackers
7 Strips of Bacon, cut into thirds
Shredded or Grated Parmesan Cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  2. Arrange the crackers in 3 rows of 7 crackers.
  3. Slice the bacon into thirds. Place one piece on top of each cracker.
  4. Top with parmesan cheese, about 1-2 Tsp per cracker.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes. Transfer to a plate and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge once completely cooled. Enjoy!
