Ingredients:
+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
1/2 Cup Pineapple Chunks, drained and finely chopped+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 Cup Maraschino Cherries, drained and finely chopped+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 Cup Mandarin Oranges, drained+ Add to Shopping List |
16 oz Cream Cheese, softened+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 Cup Light Sour Cream+ Add to Shopping List |
Heaping 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar+ Add to Shopping List |
1 Cup Pink Candy Melts (or any color of choice)+ Add to Shopping List |
Pastel Colored Sprinkles+ Add to Shopping List |
Nilla Wafers, for dipping+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Drain the pineapple, cherries, and oranges. Chop the pineapple and cherries. Set aside.
- Add the cream cheese, sour cream, and powdered sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until smooth and well combined.
- Add the pineapple and cherries and beat until well combined.
- Add the oranges and beat until well combined.
- Add the candy melts to a microwave safe bowl and heat in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Let cool slightly then pour into the bowl with the other ingredients. Beat on low speed until well combined.
- Remove to a serving bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- When ready to serve, top with sprinkles and serve with Nilla wafers on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
