Pistachio Bread

Ingredients:

3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, softened
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Baking Powder
2/3 Cup 2% or Whole Milk
3/4 oz Package Instant Pistachio Pudding
1 1/2 Cups Flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease one loaf pan.
  2. Add the sugar, eggs, and butter to the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until well combined.
  3. Add the milk, pudding, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add the flour and mix until well combined and no white streaks are showing. Pour into the prepared loaf pan and smooth into an even layer.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool slightly in the loaf pan then remove to a cooling rack to cool completely.
  6. Slice, serve, and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
