Key Lime Pie Martini

Ingredients:

2 oz Vanilla Vodka
1 oz Key Lime Juice
1 Heaping Tbsp Coco Real Cream of Coconut
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Heavy Cream
Graham Cracker Crumbs
Ice
Lime, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Crush the graham cracker crumbs and place in a plate. Wet the rim of a martini glass with water and dip into the graham cracker crumbs. Set aside.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, key lime juice, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and heavy cream.
  3. Shake vigorously then strain into the martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a slice of lime and enjoy!
