Lemon Drop Martini

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice, from 1 large lemon
4 oz Vodka
2 1/2 Tsp Simple Syrup
Sugar, to rim glasses
Sliced Lemon, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Use water to wet the rim of 2 martini glasses. Dip into the sugar to coat the rim of each glass. Set aside.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the lemon juice, vodka, and simple syrup.
  3. Shake vigorously then strain into the martini glasses.
  4. Garnish with a slice of lemon and enjoy!
