Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Sugar+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar, packed+ Add to Shopping List |
1 Stick Unsalted Butter, softened+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter+ Add to Shopping List |
1 Large Egg+ Add to Shopping List |
2 Tbsp Milk+ Add to Shopping List |
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract+ Add to Shopping List |
1 3/4 Cup Flour+ Add to Shopping List |
1 Tsp Baking Soda+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 Tsp Salt+ Add to Shopping List |
35 Hershey Kisses+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Unwrap the Hershey Kisses.
- Add the butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until well combined. Add the egg, milk, and vanilla, and mix until well combined.
- Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour into the baking dish and press into an even layer, all the way to the sides. Bake for 20-23 minutes or until the cookies are cooked through and set.
- Remove from the oven and arrange the Hershey Kisses in 5 rows, with 7 Kisses per row. Press down slightly so the Kisses sit in the bars and will hold.
- Place the baking dish in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to cool the bars and allow the chocolate to harden.
- Slice into squares, serve, and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container on the counter.
