Strawberry Basil Butter

Ingredients:

2 Sticks Unsalted Butter, softened
1 1/4 Cups Strawberries, sliced
1/4 Cup Fresh Basil, chopped

Directions:

  1. Add the butter, strawberries, and basil to a food processor. Blend until well combined and smooth.
  2. Transfer to an airtight container. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to eat. If going to chill, let soften on the counter for about 10 minutes before serving to make it easier to spread.
  3. Serve with crackers, baguette slices, or on toast. Enjoy!
