Strawberry Feta Salad

Ingredients:

+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
1 bag mixed Spinach and Salad Greens, (5 oz.)+ Add to Shopping List
1 lb fresh Strawberries, washed, hulled, and quartered+ Add to Shopping List
1/4 cup diced red onion, rinsed and dried+ Add to Shopping List
1/2 cup bottled Raspberry vinaigrette+ Add to Shopping List
1/2 cup packaged glazed pecans+ Add to Shopping List
1 cup crumbled Feta cheese+ Add to Shopping List
Salt, to taste+ Add to Shopping List
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste+ Add to Shopping List

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together spinach greens, strawberries, red onion, and raspberry vinaigrette; season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  2. Divide between 4 dinner plates; top each evenly with crumbled feta and glazed pecans. Serve with grilled meat or fish.
