Salted Caramel Martini

Ingredients:

3 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1 oz Heavy Cream
1 oz Caramel Sauce, plus more for rim & topping
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Sea Salt, for rim
Whipped Cream, for topping
Ice

Directions:

  1. Add caramel sauce to one plate and sea salt to another plate. Dip the rim of a martini glass in the caramel then into the sea salt. Set aside.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Bailey’s, vodka, heavy cream, caramel syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Shake vigorously then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce. Enjoy!
