Ingredients:
| 1 Cup Ricotta Cheese |
| 1/4 Tsp Salt |
| 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper |
| 5 Strips Bacon, cooked and chopped |
| Honey, for drizzling |
| French Loaf or Baguette, about 8-10 slices |
Directions:
- Bake the bread according to package instructions. Let cool slightly and slice into 8-10 slices.
- Cook the bacon according to package instructions. Remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain the excess grease. Once cool, chop.
- Combine the ricotta, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Spread on each slice of bread.
- Top with chopped bacon and drizzle with honey.
- Serve and enjoy immediately. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
