Add sausage, beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, oregano, eggs, Italian bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and remaining cups of mozzarella and marinara to a mixing bowl and combine mix until uniform.
Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray and form meatloaf in the center of pan. Top with remaining Marinara sauce.
Bake for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 10 more minutes until cheese is melted and the center of the meatloaf registers at least 160 degrees with your thermometer.
