Frozen Butterbeer

Ingredients:

1 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Cup Cream Soda
1 Tbsp Butter Emulsion
2 Tbsp Butterscotch Sauce, plus more for topping
Whipped Cream, for topping

Directions:

  1. Add the ice cream, cream soda, butter emulsion, and butterscotch sauce to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a mug.
  2. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with butterscotch sauce.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
