Ingredients:
1 Cup Mayonnaise
0.5 oz Container Fresh Chopped Rosemary Leaves
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 lb Ground Chicken
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
4 Brioche Buns
2 Cups Arugula
4 Slices Muenster Cheese
Directions:
Combine the mayonnaise, chopped rosemary, and garlic in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
Combine the ground chicken, salt, pepper, and 1/3 cup of the mayo mixture in a bowl. Form into 4 patties and set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Cook for 7-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through and an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached.
While the burgers cook, preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Place the buns, open faced on a baking sheet. Place a slice of cheese on one side of the buns. Lightly toast the buns and melt the cheese in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Assemble the burgers. Add the rosemary mayo to the bun. Place a burger on top. Add a handful of arugula and place the top half of the bun on top. Serve and enjoy!
