Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Chicken
1/3 Cup Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
4 Hamburger Buns
SLAW INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Coleslaw
1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Rice VInegar
1 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
2-3 Green Onions, sliced
Directions:
- Make the slaw. Combine the coleslaw, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and green onion in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Combine the ground chicken, teriyaki sauce, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Form into 4 patties and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Cook for 7-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through and an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached.
- While the burgers cook, preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Place the buns, open faced on a baking sheet. Lightly toast the buns for about 5 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers. Place a burger on top of each bun. Evenly divide the coleslaw on top of each burger then place the top half of the bun on top. You can drizzle some extra teriyaki sauce on top, optional. Serve and enjoy!
