Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry





Serves 4
Ingredients:
| 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
| 1 lb Samurai Stir Fry Vegetables |
| 3 tablespoons vegetable oil |
| 2 cloves minced fresh garlic |
| 1 tablespoon Grinder Fresh stir-fry seasoning |
| 1/4 cup soy sauce |
| 1/4 cup chicken broth |
| 1 tablespoon arrowroot |
Directions:
- In saute pan add 2 tablespoons oil on high heat, add chicken and garlic, stir-fry 5 minutes and remove to plate.
- Heat up pan again adding 1 additional tablespoon of oil. When hot, add all vegetables and stir-fry 2 minutes, add broth deglazing pan. Cover to steam for 2 minutes. Combine arrowroot and soy sauce. Remove lid, add stir-fry seasoning and soy sauce mixture. Add chicken and garlic mixture, stirring long enough to heat through.
- Serve on rice immediately.
