Jalapeno Popper Chicken Skillet

Ingredients:
1 Rotisserie Chicken, deboned and shredded
6 Slices of Bacon, cooked and chopped
Olive Oil
2 Jalapenos
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
Salt
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
6 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Fresh Chopped Cilantro
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Debone and shred the rotisserie chicken. Cook and chop the bacon. Dice 1 ½ of the jalapenos, slice the other ½ of the jalapeno. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the diced jalapenos and garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes or until softened. Season with salt.
Add the cream cheese and stir in until melted.
Add heavy cream and stir to combine.
Add the rotisserie chicken and 90% of the bacon and stir to combine. Press down into a flat layer.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Top with the rest of the chopped bacon, sliced jalapenos, and chopped cilantro. Serve warm and enjoy!
