Loaded Hashbrown Patties

Ingredients:

Hashbrown Patties
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Bacon, cooked and chopped
Fresh Chives, chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the hashbrown patties according to package instructions. You can make as few as one or as many as you need to complete your meal.
  3. Once done, spread a layer of sour cream on each hashbrown.
  4. Top with shredded cheese, then chopped bacon, and followed by a sprinkling of fresh chopped chives.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
