Ingredients:
| Hashbrown Patties |
| Boursin Garlic & Herb Cheese |
| Large Eggs, one per hashbrown |
| Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
| Bacon, cooked and chopped |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the hashbrown patties according to package instructions. You can make as few as one or as many as you need to complete your meal.
- Prepare scrambled eggs while the hashbrowns bake. You will need about one egg per hashbrown patty.
- Once done, spread a layer of Boursin cheese on each hashbrown.
- Top with scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, then chopped bacon.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
